Zero Refunds Policy & Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing my services. This document outlines the terms and conditions you agree to by purchasing any service, session, product, or spiritual guidance offering. These policies are in place to protect both you (the client) and me (the practitioner) and to ensure mutual respect, clarity, and energetic alignment in all interactions.

ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for credit under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to:

Missed appointments

Scheduling conflicts or delays

Dissatisfaction with service

Change of mind

Privacy concerns

Emergencies, including medical or personal issues

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms in full.

SCHEDULING POLICY

How to Schedule

1. Beacons Calendar Bookings: Clients booking through the Beacons calendar must schedule immediately after payment.

2. Private Contract Bookings: If booking via private message or custom contract, the client must schedule within 24 hours of payment.

Failure to Schedule

If the client fails to schedule within 24 hours (or immediately for Beacons), the session is considered forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to complete the scheduling process in a timely manner. If there are any issues, you must contact me within the window. Silence or failure to act is not grounds for exception.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients may request a reschedule with 48 hours or more notice before the scheduled session time.

Requests made within less than 48 hours will result in a forfeited session.

No-shows or missed appointments are automatically forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Emergency exceptions may be considered once and only at the sole discretion of the practitioner.

PRIVACY POLICY

All client information is kept strictly confidential.

No sessions will be recorded or shared publicly without your written consent.

Privacy-based cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Please review your privacy needs before booking.

Clients may not record sessions without prior written approval. Unauthorized recording is a breach of policy.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and should be treated as such.

These services are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Please seek licensed professionals for such needs.

Participation is voluntary, and the client assumes full responsibility for any actions taken following a session.

No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Interpretations are subjective and may vary.

ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

All spiritual, metaphysical, and psychic services are offered for entertainment purposes only.

Nothing said during a session should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or absolute truth.

Sessions are available for individuals 18 years or older. Clients under 18 must provide parental/guardian consent.

CONDUCT & BOUNDARIES

Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at my discretion, especially if the interaction becomes unsafe or unethical.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

All content, session formats, tools, and materials shared during or after sessions are the intellectual property of the practitioner.

Clients may not reproduce, share, sell, or teach materials received as if they were their own.

Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS

By submitting payment, you are confirming that you:

Understand and agree to all of the above policies.

Acknowledge that services are non-refundable.

Accept that services are for entertainment purposes only.

Assume full responsibility for how you use the information received.

Are 18 years or older or have provided legal guardian consent.
